Finsauna Limited Lifetime Warranty
Finsauna warrants that its sauna heaters, digital control units, and sauna accessories are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials for a period of two (2) years. After two (2) years, sauna heaters have an extended limited lifetime warranty on parts only.
This warranty will not become effective unless registration is completed online within thirty (30) days of your purchase. This warranty is non-transferrable and applies to the original consumer only. Warranty terms are defined below.
1) Applicability - This warranty applies when the warranted product (a) is installed in accordance with the installation manuals provided, (b) is properly and reasonably maintenance, and (c) has not been subjected to damage or misuse.
2) Warranty Work - All warranty work must be (a) authorized by Finsauna before it is performed and (b) performed only by an authorized Finsauna representative. This warranty shall not apply to any charges for parts or labor incurred before receiving approval by Finsauna.
3) Purchased from Authorized Dealer - Finsauna warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Finsauna authorized resellers. Defective products should be returned to the Hotass Saunas authorized reseller from which it was originally purchased.
Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions:
Warranties do not apply in the following cases:
1) Damage occurs to the product through improper installation or repair
2) Installed or operated other than in accordance with the supplied Hotass Saunas Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual

4) The use of unauthorized accessories constitutes an alteration and voids all warranties. Call customer service at (800) 957-2862 for a list of authorized accessories.
5) This warranty does not extend to rust or corrosion of any kind due to lack of maintenance or misuse.
Some U.S. states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
